Brent Harders has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the IT field. Brent worked at Elkay Manufacturing from 2003 to 2019, starting as a Systems Analyst and eventually becoming the IT Director for Business Systems. During their tenure, they demonstrated steady career progression and was responsible for directing a team of 10 to improve operational processes and support critical business strategies. Prior to joining Elkay Manufacturing, Brent worked at Accenture as a Consultant, where they specialized in ERP (PeopleSoft) implementations for government and higher education clients.

Brent Harders received their MBA in Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University in 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University in 1993.
