Kevin J. Reiman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Kevin J. currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Elkay Interior Systems since January 2022. In their previous role at Elkay Manufacturing, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner for Elkay's Interior Systems Global Division and Corporate Functions from November 2019 to January 2022. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for all aspects of HR management for the division and led a global HR Business Partner team.

Prior to Elkay, Kevin worked as the Director of Human Resources at McCain Foods from August 2010 to February 2013. Kevin J. also has extensive experience working at BP, where they held various HR leadership roles. These include serving as the Human Resources Director for Convenience Retail Americas from November 2007 to July 2009, the Director of Human Resources for Global Fuels Technology from June 2006 to December 2007, the Human Resources Manager for Business Capability in Global Retail from October 2004 to May 2006, the Human Resources Manager for the Petrochemicals North America Redeployment Center from May 2004 to September 2004, and the Human Resources Manager for BP Chemicals in the Performance Chemicals Business Unit from January 2001 to June 2004. Kevin J. also served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at BP Chemicals and a Human Resources Consultant at Amoco Pipeline Company.

Before their corporate career, Kevin worked as a Program Coordinator at DePaul University's Community Service Association from January 1991 to December 1992. Kevin J. holds valuable experience in HR leadership, team management, strategic planning, and business partnerships.

Kevin J. Reiman holds a Masters of Education in Human Services and Counseling from DePaul University. Kevin J. also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Briar Cliff University. In addition to their degrees, Reiman has obtained certifications, including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2010.
