Matt Mathias has over 17 years of diverse experience in management and property assessment. Since May 2006, Matt has served as the Assistant Regional Manager at elizur. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Title Abstractor at Netco Title from June 2005 to February 2006, where responsibilities included examining liens, payoffs, and taxes on insured properties. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager at Yardbirds Lawncare from February 2002 to June 2005, managing a crew of up to six employees and overseeing the maintenance of over fifty residential and commercial accounts. Educational background includes studies at the Community College of Allegheny County (1997-1998) and West Allegheny High School (1993-1997).
