Mwatha Bwanali is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in software development and health information systems. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Software Development Advisor at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation since September 2019, Mwatha has held multiple key positions, including HIS Associate Director for System Analysis and Product Development and Acting Health Information Systems Director. Prior to this role, Mwatha spent over 13 years at Baobab Health Trust, progressing from Senior Software Developer to Software Development Manager. Mwatha holds a Master of Science in Project Management from The University of Bolton, completed an AMIA 10x10 course in Introduction to Informatics, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich.
