Nikola Kostrencic has over a decade of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Engineering and previously as Director of Technology & Security and Development Center Manager at Elixirr Digital (formerly iOLAP) since May 2011. With expertise in managing and mentoring teams of Business Intelligence (BI) developers, Nikola provides technical oversight and project delivery services. Prior roles include Development Center Manager at Coadria and System Architect at Uredske i Grafičke Usluge A4, as well as an internship as a System Administrator at Croatia Insurance Company Plc. Educational qualifications include a Professional Specialist degree in Software Engineering in Business Systems and Information Technology from Rijeka Polytechnic, and earlier degrees in information technology and computer engineering.
