Jake Couldrick is a seasoned professional in clinical operations and development within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Elixir Associates since February 2023, Jake previously held the position of Clinical Operations & Development Lead for the United States at Volt (Europe) from July 2019 to February 2023. Jake's expertise encompasses recruitment for various clinical positions, supporting decision-makers in clinical build-outs, and working with clinical stage biotechs, pharmaceuticals, and clinical research organizations. Prior to this, Jake served as Managing Consultant and Consultant at REED from July 2016 to May 2019. Jake holds a Sports Diploma in Sports Studies from North East Surrey College of Technology (NESCOT), obtained in July 2008.
