Encarna Tobarra has extensive experience in occupational health, safety, and project management within the chemical and polymer industries. Currently at ELIX Polymers, S.L. since January 2009, Encarna leads the Well-being area and created the Feel Good Project, while also managing the in-house prevention service focusing on workplace safety, ergonomics, and applied psychosociology. Prior roles include specialist safety technician at INEOS Styrolution, production engineer at LANXESS, and HSEQ manager at Bayer, among others. Encarna holds multiple master's degrees in areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Ergonomics, and Business Administration, complemented by a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
