Marcio Gordo Soares is an experienced educator and manager specializing in Physics, with a tenure at Pensi - Colégio e Curso since February 2012, where Marcio serves as the lead instructor for rigorous preparatory classes for Brazil's Military Institute of Engineering (IME) and Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA). Marcio has also held roles in Human Resources as the People and Management Coordinator for Salta Educação Group, overseeing payroll for over 1,000 classroom staff, and previously worked as an Enrollment Agent and Physics Monitor. Since February 2015, Marcio has been teaching Physics at Elite Rede de Ensino. A graduate of Instituto Militar de Engenharia in Electrical Engineering, Marcio furthered education with an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec and a degree in Physics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
