Marcelo Oliveira is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as Especialista de Gente e Gestão and previously as Supervisor de Gente e Gestão at Elite Rede de Ensino since September 2022. Prior to that, Marcelo worked as Analista de RH at Agência Koko and completed an internship in Gente e Gestão as a Business Partner at Pensi - Colégio e Curso. Experience also includes roles as Coordenador Geral do EFEJ and Vice-presidente at RioJunior, as well as Coordenador da Consultoria and Consultant Sr. at CEFET Jr. Consultoria. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Cefet/RJ and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology, People Management, and Workplace Health at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, expected to be completed in May 2025.
