Wilson Valencia Quintero has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an Assistant Accountant at PIX. Wilson then worked as an Assistant Auditor at Deloitte Colombia from 2008 to 2010. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Senior III Auditor at Ernst & Young. In 2016, they became an Internal Auditor for Tecnocom Latin America. From 2017 to 2020, they held the role of Controller Manager at Decameron All Inclusive Hotels & Resorts. Wilson then became the Group Financial Controller at TMF Group from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Finance Director at Elite Flower.

Wilson Valencia Quintero has a Certificate in IFRS from the ICAEW in 2016. In 2011, they obtained a degree as a Specialist in Financial Management from the Universidad Libre, with a focus on financial management. Wilson also holds a degree as a Public Accountant from the same university, which they completed between 2005 and 2009.
