Sarah Gregory has worked in a variety of roles and industries. Sarah began their career as a Publicity Intern at Penguin Random House Canada in 2019, followed by a Marketing and Publicity Internship at HarperCollins Canada. In 2020, they worked as a Medical Receptionist at Chrysler Drive Family Doctors and Elite Editing as a Web Content Writer. Sarah later joined Sports Medicine Specialists as a Medical Receptionist. Currently, Sarah is employed at HarperCollins Canada as a Sales Assistant and recently transitioned to an Inside Sales Representative role.

Sarah Gregory began their educational journey in 2014 at York University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on the general field of study. This endeavor lasted until 2018. In 2018, they attended The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Certificate in Publishing.
