Ove Uhtlik has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, having worked at Elisa Eesti AS since 1994. Currently serving as RAN Architect and Head of Radio Network Planning, Ove has held various managerial roles within the company, including Manager of Radio Network and Radio Network Manager. Ove's educational background includes a degree from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, completed in 1994.
