Karen Künnapas has a diverse work experience in the field of design and marketing. Karen started their career at Prime Initiative in 2017, where they worked as a Social Media Marketing Specialist and Designer until 2018. Karen then moved on to Agentuur La Ecwador, where they worked as a Graphic Designer from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Karen joined NJ Production as a Graphic Designer, and they held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working at Elisa Eesti AS as a UI/UX Designer.

Karen Künnapas obtained their Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Publicity Studies from Tallinn University between 2016 and 2019.
