Audrey Graindorge currently serves as Group Head of Legal Affairs at ELIS since April 2023. Previously, Audrey held the position of Aeronautic Defence & Space Legal Manager at Expleo Group from December 2022 to March 2023. From March 2017 to November 2022, Audrey worked as Legal Manager for ADP International's Airport Services & Merchant Aviation at Groupe ADP, overseeing legal responsibilities for airport engineering and consulting activities internationally. Earlier experience includes roles as Litigation and Legal Affairs Advisor at Saipem France and International Commerce Legal Counsel at TOTAL, where Audrey managed a variety of legal tasks involving contract drafting, negotiations, and corporate law. Audrey’s education includes a Master 2 in Arbitration and International Trade from UVSQ and a Master 1 in Private Law from the same institution, alongside a Licence in General Private Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
