Sarah Zupancic has over two decades of experience in the culinary and marketing industries, currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Eli's Cheesecake Company since October 2000, after progressing from the role of Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Tru Restaurant as a Poissonier from 1999 to 2000 and held the position of Chef de Cuisine at David's Ristorante from 1997 to 1999. Sarah’s culinary journey began as a Line Cook at Metro Grill in 1996, demonstrating a solid foundation in the food industry before transitioning to marketing.
