Simon Bohmert has over a decade of experience in IT operations and management. Currently, Simon serves as the Head of IT Operation & Infrastructure at elipsLife since August 2017. Prior to this role, Simon worked at Swisscom from May 2010 to July 2017, holding various leadership positions including Head of Quality Management, Head of Service Management, and Head of Operations Monitoring & Change Management Center, where responsibilities included managing Change, Event, Incident, and Major Incident Management across multiple IT operations. Simon also led the Service Control Center, overseeing the Service Desk and Application Event-and Incident-Management. Earlier in Simon's career, from June 2009 to April 2010, Simon was a Senior Project Portfolio Manager at Sunrise, managing project demand portfolios for various marketing units within the IT Delivery Unit.
