Luke Langford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change consultancy and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Change Consultant at North Highland since June 2023, Langford previously worked at AND Digital as a Senior Consultant, focusing on guiding clients toward digital transformation. Langford's earlier tenure at AVA CAD/CAM Group Ltd from July 2015 to June 2023 included roles as Financial Director and Finance Manager, providing operational oversight and contributing to the company's growth in the decorative printing industry. Prior experience also includes a consulting role at The North Highland Company and foundational experience in sales and customer service at AVA CAD CAM. Luke Langford holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Nottingham and completed early education at Stonyhurst College.
