Alexandr Kuchura began their work experience in 2011 at Izovac Ltd., where they served as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Ion beam technology devices. Alexandr worked there until January 2019. In October 2018, they joined IT Academy as a Java Developer, completing their tenure in July 2019. Currently, Alexandr is employed at Elinext as a Java Developer since February 2019, primarily working on Broadcom Inc. network telemetry projects.

Alexandr Kuchura obtained their Bachelor's degree in Modeling and Simulating and Computer Design of Radioelectronic Devices from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in the years 2008 to 2013. In 2018, they attended IT Academy for the course "English for IT Pre-Intermediate". In addition, they completed two other courses at IT Academy in 2017, namely "Java Enterprise" and "Java Fundamentals".
