Alex Deusov started their work experience as a Junior Java Developer at Nextsoft | Elinext Alliance in January 2019. During this time, they developed a car selling platform, automated organizational processes, and managed conferences. Alex also integrated new software solutions to increase team productivity and implemented software modules for improved user interaction. In March 2021, Alex joined Elinext as a Middle Java Developer. In this role, they developed an application for managing logistics supply processes and maintained financial statistics. Alex also created an ERP software system for automated application interaction and integrated new solutions to enhance performance and security for banking money transfers.

Alex Deusov obtained an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2016 to 2020. In addition, they obtained a System Integration certificate from Netcracker Technology in January 2019.
