Amanda Dietz is an experienced professional in hospitality and management, currently serving as a Yardi Implementation Specialist and Executive Assistant at Elim Village since November 2013. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Lifestyle Director and Clubhouse Manager at Castle Group from January 2012 to May 2013. Amanda has also held positions as an Activities Assistant at The Carlisle Palm Beach and Boca West Country Club, Inc., as well as a Title Abstractor at Normandin, Cheney & O’Neil - Attorneys at Law. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and an Associate of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University, complemented by a hospitality internship at Walt Disney World.
