Asay Nesteruk has over two decades of experience in health services and community support, currently serving as the Quality Improvement - IHA & HEDIS Coordinator at Elica Health Centers since February 2010. Responsibilities include coordinating patient appointments, auditing HEDIS data, and facilitating quality improvement initiatives. Previously, Nesteruk held roles such as Patient Support & Eligibility Coordinator and Finance Assistant & Board Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to Elica, Nesteruk contributed to pastoral care at The Embassy of God Church and provided direct counseling services as a Resource Counselor at Francis House Center. Nesteruk holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Work from American River College and is pursuing another Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Finance at Sacramento City College, complemented by a Master's Degree from Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University.
