Olesya Pavelchak is an experienced executive recruiter currently working at Eliassen Group since August 2021, following a tenure at The Evanston Group from October 2014 until its acquisition in 2021. Prior to these roles, Olesya provided freelance talent solutions from July 2010 to December 2020 and served as a National Account Manager for CEO Search Partners and Strategic Food Partners.
