Katie Lindbloom has a strong background in marketing and communications. Katie has held several leadership positions in major companies throughout their career. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at QPS Employment Group as a Marketing Manager, where they oversaw advertising, web marketing, direct marketing, public relations, market research, and sales support. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at ManpowerGroup, starting as a Product Marketing Manager and moving up to become a Director of Integrated Marketing. In this role, they also managed the brand and marketing strategies for Experis, a global leader in IT, Finance, and Engineering. Next, they worked at Randstad USA as a Sr. Director of Integrated Content Marketing, where they determined the content and go-to-market strategy for new and existing products/services. Their most recent position was at Andiamo, where they served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Here, they led the brand's development and managed a wide range of responsibilities, including budget oversight, event management, public relations, and content creation. Currently, Katie Lindbloom holds the position of SVP of Enterprise Marketing at Eliassen Group.

Katie has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Data Analytics from Tableau in 2021, Chat Bot Automation from Drift in 2021, Project Management from Airtable in 2020, Voice of Customer from Applied Marketing Science in 2019, Email Automation from HubSpot in 2017, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Advisors in 2017, and Project Management from Basecamp in 2016.
