JoAnna Reynolds is an experienced finance and operations professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director at Eliassen Group since January 2017, JoAnna has facilitated important business transformations, including an Oracle to SAP conversion for a major oil and gas company. Previously, JoAnna held several leadership roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies from 1995 to 2016, including Director of Finance Transformation Organization Design, where JoAnna engineered significant cost savings and advised executives on strategic initiatives. Additional roles included Global Shared Services Lead and Head of Vendor Management Organization, where JoAnna pioneered outsourcing and led large-scale accounting operations projects. JoAnna holds a degree from The University of Memphis, earned between 1983 and 1989.
