Louise WÃ¥hlin has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Louise is currently working as an HR Manager at The Bearded Ladies since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Elias Software as an HR Manager and was responsible for managing strategic and operational HR issues. Louise was also part of the company's management team and provided support to other managers. Louise arranged workshops focusing on communication and efficiency.

Moreover, Louise has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder/CEO of MammaLouise syr, a sewing company they started in 2012. Louise also founded and served as CEO of Mera Mammalouise, an online retail company that sells baby products to simplify everyday life and meals.

Additionally, Louise worked as a Kursadministratör at Uppsala University from 2018 to 2021, and as a Project Manager at Uppsala Kommun from 2018 to 2021.
