Rob Kelly is an experienced Development Manager and Project Manager at Elgin Energy, contributing to the UK and Ireland Development team with a focus on a Solar PV and Battery Storage pipeline exceeding 300MW. Responsibilities include managing projects from early-stage development through grid connection, securing legal and land rights, and overseeing planning application submissions. Prior to this role, Rob Kelly gained experience as a Programme and Portfolio Management Intern at PwC, coached soccer in the US with Challenger Sports, and served as a Bank Official at AIB. Rob Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Engineering and Industrial Management from Trinity College Dublin and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a Leaving Certificate from Catholic University School.
