Lindsay Donovan is an accomplished professional in the HVAC and staffing industries with experience in various leadership and sales roles. Currently serving as the Director of Residential HVAC at Elgen Manufacturing Company, INC since December 2018, Lindsay has also taken on responsibilities in domestic and international outside sales and website sales. Prior experience includes an Account Executive position at Elgen Staffing from September 2017 to January 2019 and a Field Energy Consultant and Mentor role at SolarCity from November 2014 to March 2016. Earlier in the career, Lindsay held multiple managerial positions at Nordstrom from March 2007 to November 2014. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Castleton University.
