Ben Schlater is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Elford, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held positions as an Outside Sales Representative at Paycom and Specialty Windows and Doors from October 2021 to October 2021 and August 2018 to October 2021, respectively. Ben’s career also includes significant experience at Sherwin-Williams Paints, where the roles encompassed Market Manager and Assistant Store Manager from August 2014 to August 2018, and a Marketing & Sales Intern in the summer of 2013. Additionally, Ben was actively involved in Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity as a member and leader from November 2012 to July 2013 and worked as a consultant for the Business Cluster in late 2012. Ben's early work experience includes serving as a team member at Subway/Urban Coffee from June 2007 to August 2011.
