Krikor Dzeronian is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership. As a Co-Founder of Electives since February 2021, Krikor Dzeronian focuses on redefining enterprise Learning and Development. Previously, as VP and Director of Software Engineering at Acadian Asset Management, Krikor Dzeronian led digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives while building a scalable engineering organization. At Eze Software, Krikor Dzeronian held multiple roles including Director of Software Development, where leadership facilitated the development of SaaS business products, and Associate Director, managing a team of 80 in offshore development practices. Krikor Dzeronian holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from St. John's University.
