Milly Bawden (née Smith) is a versatile talent operations professional currently working at ElevenLabs since November 2024. Previously, Milly served as Sales Programme Lead and Matchmaker at Jumpstart, collaborating with around 1,000 startups to address tailored recruitment needs. Milly held the position of Head of Internal Recruitment & Early Careers at Scene, a talent consultancy in the technology sector, overseeing internal and early career hiring initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Practice Lead and Associate at Hansen Filler Associates, focusing on executive-level sales and senior HR appointments, and a leadership position at The Transition Phase. Milly began a career in management and marketing at the University of Essex, contributing to various roles while also representing the UK as a National Volleyball Player. Milly holds an MSc in Marketing Management and a BA in English Literature from the University of Essex.
