Florian Verneuil is a UX Researcher Consultant at Eleven Labs since May 2022, specializing in user tests and studies for SNCF Connect. Previously, Florian served as the UX Research Lab Manager and Lead UX Researcher at Ubisoft, where responsibilities included leading playtests and stakeholder presentations. Florian has also worked as a UX Design Consultant for World of Digits, focusing on internal tool evaluations for Bpifrance, and held positions at Orange, SoftBank Robotics Europe, and IFSTTAR, contributing to projects related to user experience and interaction design. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Ergonomics and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aix-Marseille University, along with additional training in Python programming and UX Design through edX.
