Dr. Trudi Taylor PCC is a seasoned executive coach and company director with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Company Director at IslandB and Trudi Taylor Ltd, as well as Growth Partner and Executive Coach at Elevayte, Dr. Taylor has also held significant positions including Principal Executive Coach at Taylor Farrington Ltd and Head of Human Factors at Sybenetix. With a strong background in culture change and behavioral analytics, Dr. Taylor contributed to Network Rail’s Safety Leadership and Culture Change Programme as Culture Change Lead. Previously, Dr. Taylor was a Research Associate and Consultant at The University of Nottingham and a Chartered Physiotherapist with the National Health Service. Dr. Taylor holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Human Factors from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University.
