Heather Holden is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at ELEVATUS ARCHITECTURE since December 2024, Heather has previously held the same title at Rothberg Law Firm from October 2020 to December 2024, where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll, and employee benefits for nearly 60 employees. Prior to this, Heather worked at MidWest America Federal Credit Union from March 2013 to October 2020, initially as a Collector I and subsequently as an HR & Benefits Specialist. Heather also has experience as a Collections Specialist at Creditmax Collections Agency Inc., and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Ivy Tech Community College.
