Will Richardson has a diverse work experience. Will began their career as a Business Operations Intern at Classy.org in 2018. Will then joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as a FADP in 2019 and worked there until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Will worked as a Wealth Management Associate at Morgan Stanley. In 2022, they joined Elevation Securities as an Associate and later became the Director - Private Markets in 2023. Additionally, Will has been involved in their family's business, LuLu's Mexican Food, since 2015.

Will Richardson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they attended Menlo School from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Series 66 and Series 7 from FINRA in 2019.
