Nicole Nehama Auerbach is a legal professional with extensive experience in complex litigation and law firm management. Since April 2018, Nicole has served as the Founder of Elevate's Integrated Law Firm, as well as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Elevate, where Nicole also held the position of Interim General Counsel. Prior to Elevate, Nicole was a Founding Partner at ElevateNext Law until July 2024 and spent a decade as a Founding Partner at Valorem Law Group, recognized for pioneering alternative fee arrangements in litigation. Earlier career highlights include a partnership in the Litigation Department at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and roles in public relations at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide and Janet Diedrichs & Associates. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor with honors from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
