Joelle Hanley is an accomplished MSAT Process Engineer currently employed at ElevateBio since July 2024, with previous experience at Mustang Bio from August 2021 to April 2024. At Mustang Bio, Joelle facilitated technology transfer and process development in ISO 7 clean rooms, designed training content, and contributed to cGMP manufacturing processes. Joelle's earlier roles include GMP Manufacturing Associate II and GMP Manufacturing Associate, focusing on training, process documentation, and cell and gene therapy manufacturing. Prior experience includes a Process Engineering Internship at DPS Group Global, where Joelle assisted in designing biotechnology and pharmaceutical facilities. Joelle holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2021.
