Dr. Wade Lange is a serial entrepreneur and business advisor who has dedicated their career to helping life science companies commercialize their products and bring them to market. Wade currently serves as an advisor at Elevate Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in high-growth startups in Indiana.
Prior to joining Elevate Ventures, Dr. Lange served as an affiliate entrepreneur in residence at the Purdue Research Foundation, where they worked with Purdue scientists to identify commercialization opportunities for their research. Wade also served on the board of directors for Xylogenics, Inc. and Magnolia Therapeutics, LLC.
In addition to their current role at Elevate Ventures, Dr. Lange is also the interim president and CEO of NeuroFx, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for neurological disorders. Wade has also served as the president and CEO of ImmuneWorks, a biotechnology company that develops immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases, and the owner of Lange Advisors, Inc., a management consulting firm.
Before their career in the private sector, Dr. Lange served as the president and CEO of the Indiana Health Industry Forum (IHIF), a trade association representing the state's health industry. Wade has also held leadership positions at several other nonprofit organizations.
Wade Lange graduated from West Lafayette High School. Wade then attended Purdue University and earned a BS in Pharmacy. After working for a few years, they decided to go back to school and got an MS in Industrial Administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
