Monty Riffer is currently an advisor at Elevate Ventures. Prior to that, they were the director of education and area sales director Midwest & West at Pansophic Systems from January 1985 to December 1989. Pansophic Systems was a leading provider of software products that grew from a $40 million privately held company to a $225 million publicly traded company during Riffer's tenure.
From April 2011 to September 2012, Riffer was the CEO of 3B Construction Solutions. Monty was hired by the chairman of the board to provide leadership for an underfunded company that provided disruptive technology to the construction industry. Riffer developed a business plan to raise $3M to $5M from investment firms, but the company closed after Indiana receivership.
From October 2003 to February 2011, Riffer was the executive vice president of sales and marketing at AssureTec Systems. Monty built and created a national and international marketing organization, oversaw strategic directives and field services that generated software sales of +$4M in less than 3 years, and developed and implemented strategic marketing plans which included product distribution, sales objectives, and forecasts that resulted in gaining over 15 key strategic alliances.
Monty Riffer holds a Masters of Science in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
