Leslie Conrad began their work experience in 1987 as a Management Consultant at KPMG. From 1992 to 1998, they worked at Weyerhaeuser as a Systems Analyst/Financial Systems Manager and Consultant. In 2018, Leslie joined Higley Financial as an Operations Manager/Co-Owner, where they provided fiduciary advisory services including financial planning, retirement, investment management, insurance protection programs, banking, trust, business succession guidance, and 401(k) consulting services. Leslie co-owned Higley Properties starting in 2011. In 2020, they joined Elevate Technology Group as a member of the client services team.
Leslie Conrad attended Oregon State University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Science and Operations Research. Additionally, during the same time period, they completed a Minor in Mathematics at Oregon State University.
