Roger Prevot is an experienced private equity operating partner and chairman, currently serving at Kohlberg & Company since January 2013 with board-level oversight for various portfolio companies. Prevot leads as Chairman at Elevate Outdoor Collective and CIBT, driving initiatives in the winter sports and mobility services sectors. As Chairman of Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, Prevot transitioned from CEO after a significant acquisition and remains an influential figure in healthcare packaging. Additionally, Prevot serves on the board of Cadence Inc. and has held board positions at Fort Dearborn Company and Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. A former CEO of Packaging Dynamics and President & COO at Graham Packaging, Prevot holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Political Science from Williams College.
