Harshada Raut is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Associate and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elevate K-12 since May 2022, Harshada has previously worked as a Principal Consultant at Origin HR Pvt. Ltd. from July 2017 to May 2022. Harshada holds a Master of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai, completed between 2018 and 2020, which complements extensive experience in the HR field.
