Chip McAteer and Jeff Pietrak founded Elevate Construction on July 12th, 2018. They served as leaders for the Lehigh University baseball team and brought an identical team-oriented approach to the culture of Elevate. Their consistent prioritization of hard work and dedication continue to serve as the driving forces behind Elevate’s growth. The two have been lifelong friends and have worked alongside each other in the construction industry for years.

Lehigh University and baseball are two unique elements of the Elevate team. We have members who have played on the baseball team, attended the university- or just enjoy playing baseball! We strive to carry that legacy throughout the company journey. Lehigh Valley holds a special place in our hearts as we have worked and continue to partake in various projects around the area.

The Elevate team serves as the heart of our organization. Many team members have a previous history of collaboration before Elevate, with experience working together on various successful projects. Their cohesive approach, shared expertise, and open communication foster a productive environment, enabling them to consistently deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations. Elevate serves multiple counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with work focused in Lehigh and Delaware Valley. Our extensive experience has given us a wide range of experience in different markets and allows us to meet clients' various needs. The Project Management Team at Elevate Construction Partnership is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Comprising roles such as Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and a Director of Project Management, this team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They coordinate between various stakeholders, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle to achieve seamless, efficient, and successful project outcomes.
