Shane Hochradel serves as the Senior Vice President and COO of Health Solutions at Elevance Health since January 2021, where previous roles included Vice President of Enterprise Provider Management and Vice President of Claim Payment Services. Prior to Elevance Health, Shane worked at Highmark Health from January 2018 to January 2021, holding positions such as Vice President of Technology and Service Capabilities/Product Management and Vice President of Product & Healthcare Services. Earlier experience includes roles at HMS, where Shane was Vice President of Enterprise Operations and Payment Integrity Operations, and at UnitedHealth Group, where multiple senior roles were held, culminating as Senior Director of Provider Services. Educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
