Paul Eisenstat is a seasoned executive in health care management with substantial experience leading provider solutions strategies and network growth initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Network Officer at Elevance Health since July 2020, Paul collaborates with various leaders to implement network-based growth strategies in eastern markets. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Health Care and Network Management at Excellus BCBS, Chief Operating Officer for PersonalCare Insurance of Illinois at Coventry Health Care, and Vice President of Network Management at United Healthcare. Paul also held a director position at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and served as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance & Policy. Paul holds a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts with majors in English and Biology from Tufts University.
