Heather Martin Gallego, BA, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC, currently serves as Team Lead Nurse Practitioner at CareMore Health-Carelon under Elevance Health since June 2023. Previously, Heather held the position of Director of Clinical Operations for Aspire Health, focusing on Home Based Palliative Care in New York and New Jersey from February 2021 to June 2023. Heather's extensive nursing experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Northwell Health, Per Diem ICU RN, and various positions at Aspire Health, including Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner and Travel ICU Nurse. Heather's earlier career involved critical care nursing at Kaleida Health, working as a float nurse at the VA Medical Center, and supervising palliative home care. Heather obtained a BS in Nursing and a BA in Spanish from the University at Buffalo, as well as a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from D'Youville University.
