Erin Kust currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Strategy at Elevance Health, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions at Highmark Health, including Strategy Analyst and Senior Project Manager, and also participated in the Leadership Acceleration Program. Erin's experience extends to MIT-PITT-RW as the Business Operations Lead for Autonomous Racing and includes an internship at PITT OHIO. Additionally, Erin has coaching experience as a High School Cheerleading Coach at Fox Chapel Area High School and held administrative roles at the University of Pittsburgh. Erin Kust holds an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems and Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
