Courtney Creasy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Healthcare Management at Elevance Health since November 2004. In this role, Courtney oversees the operational delivery of Carelon Advocacy programs and the 24 Hour Nurse Line, leading a large team of Health Educators and Registered Nurses to ensure high-quality member experiences and achieve impactful clinical outcomes. Previous positions at Elevance Health include Principal Consultant, Strategy and Business Development Director for the Small Group Segment, Planning and Performance Director, Operations Integration Director, and Senior Health Information Consultant. Prior experience includes supervising a team of data analysts at The Regence Group and performing decision support analysis at Bluegrass Family Health. Courtney holds an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a BS in Economics from Centre College.
