Cody Francis Sr. has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, currently serving as Provider Resolution Manager Senior at Elevance Health since September 2017. Previously, Cody held the role of Business Information Analyst at Healthy Blue Missouri from April 2022 to August 2023. Additionally, Cody worked at Aflac from August 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities included being a Corporate Diversity Council Member, focusing on promoting diversity, and serving as a Customer Service Representative to assist with various customer-related inquiries. Cody holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Troy University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
