Arno Raadom holds a Master of Science degree in Energy Application Engineering from Estonian University of Life Sciences, obtained between 2007 and 2009. Arno has extensive experience in project management within the energy sector, currently serving as a Synchronous Condenser Construction Project Manager and previously as an OHL and SUB Construction Project Manager at Elering since November 2017. Prior to this role, Arno was the Lead Project Manager at Elektrilevi OÜ from November 2016 to October 2017. Arno's career began at LEONHARD WEISS ENERGY AS, where responsibilities included Head of Electrical "island" Mode Power Plants Maintenance Sector, Foreman/Head of Substation Maintenance Sector, and Foreman, spanning from July 2007 to November 2016.
