Rodrigo De Santi is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and managing multiple companies since 2014. At 4C, Rodrigo serves as Founder and Managing Partner, while also holding executive roles at Elephant Skin and various other ventures, including Click Fund, Woork, Oitenta e oito, miniJOB, and Click28 Desenvolvedora de Ideias e Negócios. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Director at Lend Lease and as COO and Director at GMK Incorporadora. Rodrigo holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
